Andrea Gunawan, a date coach known as @catwomanizer on Instagram and Twitter, shared this combination in her Instagram Stories. Without intending to start a trend, her post caught the attention of her 100,000 followers — many of whom quickly tried it themselves.
“I honestly didn’t expect it. I just posted it because I like it; it wasn’t a campaign. I didn’t even tag Marie Regal,” Andrea explained via DM to KumparanFOOD (15/1). Soon, her followers began tagging both Marie Regal and Bear Brand after trying the combo at home.
Andrea has been a long-time Regal fan, often enjoying it as her grandmother taught her — softened with warm water. This time, she simply mixed it with a chilled can of Bear Brand from her fridge. “It’s addictive,” she said. She’s also experimented with other pairings, like Baileys, Kahlúa, and even freezing the Bear Brand–Regal mix for a refreshing twist.
