Process

  • MIXING

    In our Marie Biscuits, we use only the best wheat flour, sugar, milk, butter, vegetable fat, eggs, glucose, leavening and a pinch of salt. According to our recipe, all the ingredients are processed through several preparation stages before mixed together in large mixers.
  • STAMPING

    The biscuit dough is then spread and pressed into large sheets of dough, and stamped with our signature Marie Biscuit pattern.
  • BAKING

    This is where the magic happens. The biscuits are baked in a long oven for 7 minutes through four stages of heating. There are different temperature stages of baking directly affects our biscuit's texture, color and aroma.
  • COOLING

    At this point, the biscuits are not suitable for consumption. The biscuits need to cool down and settle before being packed and stored for distribution.
  • PACKING

    We offer many different packaging sizes to suit your needs.
  • DISTRIBUTION
